By using this website, requesting a coaching session or purchasing a Cogito Edge service, you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit a request or purchase a service.

You must be legally capable of entering into a contract. Where a learner is under 18, a parent or lawful guardian must approve the enrolment, payments and processing of personal information.

Cogito Edge provides communication-coaching information, quizzes, free coaching session requests and paid coaching services. Program focus, schedules, session frequency, fees and delivery details are confirmed separately before a paid enrolment.

Website content is general educational information. We may update program descriptions and website features, but confirmed paid terms will not be changed retroactively without agreement or a lawful basis.

A date or availability window selected through the booking form is a request, not an immediate appointment confirmation. Cogito Edge will confirm the exact start time by WhatsApp or phone. The free session does not require payment.

Please provide accurate contact details and tell us promptly if you cannot attend. We may propose a different time or reschedule where a session cannot reasonably be delivered as planned.

Before payment, you should receive the applicable program scope, price and payment instructions. You are responsible for ensuring that payment information and contact information are accurate. Any taxes required by law will be handled as stated at the time of purchase.

Paid coaching is covered by our Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 15 calendar days of payment. No reason is required and no cancellation or administration fee will be deducted.

Nothing in these terms limits a refund, remedy or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

You agree to:

• provide accurate information when arranging services;
• participate respectfully and avoid abusive or unlawful conduct;
• not record a session without everyone’s prior permission;
• not share access details or paid materials without permission;
• use feedback and materials for personal learning purposes; and
• comply with reasonable scheduling and session instructions.

We may pause or end participation for serious misconduct, safety concerns, fraud or unlawful activity. Applicable refund rights remain governed by law and the published refund policy.

Cogito Edge owns or is authorised to use the website design, original learning materials, branding and other protected content. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use provided materials for your own learning. You may not copy, sell, publish or commercially exploit them without written permission.

Coaching provides practice, guidance and feedback. Results vary based on factors including participation, practice, prior experience and personal circumstances. Cogito Edge does not guarantee employment, promotion, examination results, a particular fluency level or any other specific outcome.

We aim to keep the website and services available, but temporary interruption may occur because of maintenance, connectivity, provider failure or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Links to third-party services such as WhatsApp, Instagram or payment providers are governed by those providers’ terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cogito Edge is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising from website use or educational decisions. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and these terms do not reduce mandatory rights available under applicable consumer law.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve a concern promptly. Any unresolved dispute may be brought before a court or consumer forum with lawful jurisdiction. Mandatory consumer remedies remain available.
